The natural world has been an inspiration for artists for generations, often using their medium as a catalyst for change and to raise awareness of global environmental causes.

As part of the Fen Ditton Gallery ongoing programme of conservation exhibitions, this Young Collectors event will take place at the Water/Land exhibition this October. The exhibition is the 4th in an annual series focusing on an environmental cause of local significance and brings together a range of artists and mediums that have responded to water as part of their practice.

The aim of this talk will be to introduce you to a variety of new art forms, glass, sculpture, printmaking, silver to name a few, but also to explore the ways your collection can express your values and beliefs.
